Your Team

Your Mission

  • Own and manage sales strategy and operations in the Czech Republic.

  • Set up and scale sales agent network (hubs), telesales team, and key account management team operating across the country.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Provide leadership for the sales department, lead the team and offer professional support and expert advice.
  • Work closely with the analytics team in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy opportunities.

Your Story

  • 3 or more years of experience in the sales leader role, preferably within the SMB environment.

  • Data-driven analytical mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Team management experience.
  • Be an owner of your projects and proactively find solutions to business problems.
  • Be passionate about new technologies.
  • You are fluent in both Czech and English.
