Join our Fulfilment and Retention Team in Prague, a skilled and dedicated group focused on making small merchants feel like industry giants. Our team is all about providing delightful experiences for our customers from the moment they purchase our services. The Fulfilment and Retention team is responsible for helping our customers receive, deploy and engage with the products and services they purchased. Starting with a top-tier process for receiving and activating hardware to training on software and services, and support, assisting merchants through various communication channels. The team is responsible for planning that customer journey and building it with third party partners and internal technology team.    

Your Mission

As a Field Support Leader, your mission is to lead and guide the F&R Team in Prague to ensure small merchants receive exceptional support. Your primary focus is supporting a team dedicated to planning and building the product and service delivery flow, proactively engaging customers with training and installation services (directly or through partners) and promptly addressing merchant issues, whether through hardware repairs, replacements, or on-site support.

Strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners and clear communication will be key to your success.

On a typical day, your responsibilities include:

  • Team Management: Lead and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Communication and Coordination: Establish effective communication channels with third parties for fulfilment management, stock ordering, and hardware problem-solving. A
  • Inventory planning and control: Work with the technology team to identify HW needs, plan for proper stock level and manage the inventory, ensuring availability and organization.
  • Cross-Functional Planning: Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and objectives.
  • Visionary Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the department, set targets and goals and help your team to achieve them.
  • Training: Actively participate in the training of team members and customers, sharing your expertise and knowledge. 

Your Story

  • Equivalent work experience
  • Preferred minimum 3 years of experience in a product operation, logistics, field or customer service support role (experience not mandatory)
  • Technology savvy and willing to learn new technologies and keep up to speed with new development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Comfort working under pressure
  • Proficiency in Czech/Slovak and fluent English
