Our teams are expanding, and our Customer Value Growth division is looking for a partner who isn't afraid of code but feels equally at home discussing how data, AI, and marketing technology can drive customer value.
Your mission
You will serve as both a technical and business partner, translating client requirements into code and technical reality.
What you will be doing
Architecture & Design. Design and build technical solutions within CRM platforms (specifically Bloomreach).
Full-stack Development. Handle everything from responsive templates in $JS/HTML/CSS$ to writing simple Cloud Functions (Node.js/Python) for integrations and APIs.
Work with CRM consultants to verify the feasibility of ideas, ensuring solutions make sense for both the business and the developers.
Utilize SQL and BigQuery for data integration and reporting solutions.
Your First Milestone ->
Within 6 months, you will be independently designing integration architectures for new clients across Europe.
Your tech stack
Essentials are JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
A solid understanding of databases and the ability to write efficient queries in SQL (BigQuery).
Backend experience (Node.js or Python) and a passion for connecting systems via APIs.
Experience with Bloomreach (Exponea) is a major plus. If you don't know it yet, we’ll help you become an expert in one of the world's leading MarTech tools.
You are interested in AI and can’t imagine going back to the "old way" of coding. You already have some experience with AI skills, agents, MD files, etc.
Excellent written and spoken Czech and English, as our clients are located across Europe and the USA.
What can you expect with us
A share in the company (ESOP) - we want you to see Colours as a firm you co-own, not just a job.
Maximum flexibility with a remote-friendly culture. We care about results, not "clocking in" for eight hours.
A dedicated annual budget for professional development.
A barrier-free environment without rigid hierarchies or unnecessary processes.
A human approach featuring well-being activities, team off-sites, and a group of people you’ll enjoy grabbing a coffee or beer with after work.
How it works with us
We believe in transparency. If you decide to apply, here's what happens next:
First contact - Submit your CV along with a brief explanation of why this role interests you.
First check in - A short (30-45 min) online call with Šárka our HR to discuss motivations, mutual expectations, and ideas. This is our chance to introduce ourselves!
Deeper dive - A meeting with Petr where we'll dive deep into the role, your experience, and specialized expertise. We'll likely include a task here to help us better evaluate your potential and approach.
Meet the Team - A meeting with your future colleagues, giving you the space to get to know everyone and ask anything you’d like to know.
Meet the CEO - another short (30-45min) call with Tomáš to get to know each other.
Offer - If all goes according to plan, we hope to be able to make you THE offer that cannot be refused 🫅🔥
