We are looking for experienced testers who can hit the ground running in the first weeks and are able to manage their work and themselves. And although we focus on manual testing, don't let this fool you — we are looking for QA analysts who will be an essential part of the development team. Hence we expect you to know your stuff. This wouldn’t be a good first role in the QA universe, but it’d be a great role for someone looking to leverage their experience in a startup-like environment.

First, a bit about us. STRV is a software design and engineering team that delivers next-level products. Here since 2004, we’ve delivered solutions for partners ranging from startups to enterprises, including Barry’s, Microsoft, MedMen, Barnes & Noble, The Athletic, Autodesk and more.
We focus on mobile applications, websites, backend infrastructure, IoT, blockchain and data science/ML/AI. We have a footprint in specialized domains like IoT, dating, crypto and mobile gaming. On top of that, we’ve also got some successful internal spin-off projects, with more in the works. Feel free to ask us all about them.

How You Fit In
You’ll be joining our QA team and will be working on projects that usually last around 6 months. Usually, you can expect to work on up to two projects at a time and be involved from start to finish.
Joining our team of testing enthusiasts, you’ll fit right in if you enjoy utilizing your experience via an exploratory testing approach. You will be your own manager in a way, responsible for the whole testing process — from documentation, communication with clients and the development team all the way to supporting the release.
Don’t worry, you won’t be alone; you can expect 14 other experienced QA Analysts and Irina, the leader of the QA department, to always give you a hand.

Clients & Projects
Our clients are Silicon Valley startups such as Boosted Boards, Rich Uncles, ClassDojo, Ripple, and LegalZoom.
The projects usually last around 6 months and can involve design, development, QA, and product management. We believe that testing is a continuous process, starting from day one of development and continuing well after a project goes live. Our testers mostly work on one or a maximum of two projects at a time.
