About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager who will lead the delivery of AI and multi-agent system projects — from concept to deployment.
You’ll act as the key link between our engineering teams, clients, and founders, ensuring every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and with excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who loves combining strategic thinking, operational control, and a passion for innovation in the fast-moving world of AI.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage AI-driven projects focused on agentic systems, automation, and data intelligence.
- Translate business and product goals into clear, actionable plans for engineering and design teams.
- Oversee timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of AI Engineers, Prompt Engineers, and Data Scientists.
- Support project scoping, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Manage client expectations and ensure transparent progress updates.
- Identify risks early and drive effective problem resolution.
- Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement across the organization.
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner in technology, ideally in AI, data, or software development projects.
- Solid understanding of AI workflows, LLM-based systems, or agentic architectures (you don’t need to code, but you should “speak the language”).
- Strong organizational and communication skills — you keep everyone aligned and focused.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Notion.
- Ability to balance structure and flexibility — managing complexity without slowing down innovation.
- Fluent English and excellent client communication skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership and make things happen.
