Rossum is on a mission to transform how enterprises manage document processing and automation through our AI-powered platform. By eliminating manual data entry and streamlining workflows, we help global businesses – from finance and logistics to healthcare and manufacturing – drive efficiency and scale. We’re looking for a hands-on, creative Marketing Designer to join our Brand & Content team. Based in Prague or London, you’ll play a key role in shaping how enterprise prospects perceive our brand through your visual storytelling across marketing campaigns, our website, and go-to-market content.

What You’ll Do
- Transform complex ideas around AI, automation, and intelligent document processing into compelling visual stories.
- Lead the creation and repurposing of marketing content across key formats and channels:
- Design Formats to Produce:
- Display & Social Ads: JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, HTML5 (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
- Ebooks & Whitepapers: INDD, Figma, Canva; PDF (interactive/static)
- Infographics: AI, Figma; PNG, JPG, PDF
- Sales Collateral: InDesign, Figma, Google Slides; PDF
- Short Videos & Animations: MP4, MOV; After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lottie (JSON)
- Web Graphics & Thumbnails: PNG, JPG, SVG; optimized for web (desktop + mobile)
- Email & Landing Page Assets: PNG, JPG, GIF; HTML/CSS familiarity a plus
- Help evolve and scale Rossum’s brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and enterprise-grade visual presence.
- Collaborate closely with content, product marketing, and demand gen teams to elevate messaging with sharp, strategic visuals.
- Contribute to making our website more engaging and conversion-friendly through illustrations, visuals, and layout design.
- Design quickly and efficiently to match a fast-paced marketing calendar without sacrificing creativity or quality.
- Stay up to date on design trends in B2B SaaS and visual storytelling to continually refine our approach.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing design, with a strong portfolio that shows off your storytelling skills and design versatility.
- A solid understanding of brand identity and consistency, especially for scaling companies.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or similar).
- Experience designing for a wide range of digital marketing outputs — ads, landing pages, sales materials, trade show assets, and more.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments.
- A practical mindset — you balance creativity with business needs and deadlines.
- Full professional proficiency in English; you’ll be working in an English-speaking team.
