At Rossum, we’re transforming the way businesses handle financial processes by automating tedious paperwork from start to finish.  As a Junior Accountant, you'll become an integral part of our Finance team, supporting the day-to-day accounting operations that keep the company running smoothly. Whether it’s booking transactions, supporting month-end close, or helping streamline processes, you’ll have a front-row seat to how a modern finance function operates, and the chance to grow alongside a company that’s scaling globally. The Role

You'll be responsible for:
  • Post vendor invoices into NetSuite accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review and process travel and expense (T&E) reports in accordance with internal policies.
  • Manage the expense management tool, including: user support and data export and integration with NetSuite
  • Bank clearings and Fidoo card transactions postings
  • Participate in the month-end closing procedure
  • Participate in creating accounting manuals
  • Support the Senior accountant and Chief accountant
  • Using Rossum AI on daily basis

You should apply if you have: 

  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Attention to detail and flexibility in terms of job tasks
  • High school or University degree primarily in accounting
  • Teamplayer is a must
  • StartUp experience is an advantage

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Knowledge of NetSuite acc system is an advantage
  • Experience with Fidoo card postings
  • Knowledge or experience with CZ GAAP
