What will your duties be?
- Coordinate and own projects in all phases of development (from the first idea to mass production)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Define product requirements and specifications based on market insights and technical feasibility
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for hardware initiatives, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business goals
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on strategic business needs and product requirements
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Regularly report on results achieved
- Coordinate PoC (Proof of Concept) preparations
- Coordinate prototype and serial product development with serial suppliers
- Establish quality standards and processes to ensure that hardware products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in technical meetings and project meetings in Czech/English (information gathering/requirements advocacy)
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track project success
What do we need from you?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HW development
- Strong technical background in hardware products (ideally consumer electronics)
- Proven experience in product management, project management, or a related role within the hardware industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Deep understanding of business and tech processes within a tech company
- Active knowledge of English and Czech required
- Attention to detail
