HR Operations Senior Specialist

The HR Operations Senior Specialist will be a part of the EMEA EAST HR Operation Center providing HR Ops services for a few countries, with main responsibility for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring a best-in-class employee experience through a high level of service and operational excellence
• Managing multiple and ad hoc requests on time with accuracy (we work with Service Now ticketing tool)
• Supporting workforce administration processes, data input in Workday (HRIS system) and other HR systems, and verification of required documentation on the designated HR employee life cycle activity, such as: enrolling new hires (HR systems, payroll, agreements), terminations, transfers, promotions, and alterations in salary, personal data, job titles, supervisors and departments
• Updating personnel files and producing documents, for example, employment contracts, salary statements, deduction agreements, and salary notifications
• Collaboration with auditors and local authorities
• Preparing data for monthly payroll process and liaising with the finance team and the payroll provider
• Supporting contractor’s administrative processes, like accesses, contract preparation, and workday HR system data
• Completing on-boarding and off-boarding activities
• Answering and handling internal HR-related issues, as well as redirecting questions to other units

- 5+ years of professional experience in HR administration (preferably in modern digitalized company)
- Relevant experience in Czech Republic (and openness to learning about other countries)
- Very good knowledge of labor legislation in Czech Republic and nice to have for Slovakia
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality without authority (you will be the only HR person working from Prague; your leader and your team are based in other countries)
- Ability to set priorities and manage time in a fast-paced changing environment
- Process management thinking
- Analytical and data-driven approach (you must like Excel)
- Fluent language skills both written and verbal, in Czech and English required (you will also work with other languages with the usage of online translating)
- Administrative and process orientation, accuracy, and attention to detail
- A team player who can work in a matrix environment
- Strong integrity and ability to self-manage
