Head of Product

As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, data and marketing, to define and execute our product strategy. You will analyze market trends, gather customer insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and enhancements. Your strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset will drive the development of groundbreaking products that exceed customer expectations.

• Understand customer needs – meet with customers on a regular basis, understand how they use our product and what problems they have
• Work with Sales team to develop/shape customer propositions for key customer segments
• Develop and manage product roadmap
• Prioritize features to be built
• Work with the Development team to deliver the features – make sure they address the customer's need in the right way

• You know how to interview your customers and how to get to the bottom of what they really need
• You will need to be comfortable designing and experimenting with prototypes to figure out the best way of aligning specific features with customer behavior
• You are experienced in defining product objectives, based on the company's goals
• "Influencing people" - As a product manager, you’ll need to get buy-in and support from people outside your own team. Good communication and storytelling skills will be advantageous.
• Curiosity
• Proven experience in Product management
• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
