Rossum is on a mission to rid the world of manual data entry and redefine how businesses process documents through cutting-edge AI. We’re now hiring a Head of Brand & Content to shape how Rossum is perceived in the market, ensuring messaging resonates with enterprise finance buyers — and clearly communicates the product’s value. Your work will drive awareness, trust, and differentiation, directly impacting pipeline quality, sales enablement, and Rossum’s position as a category leader in intelligent document processing.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute a global brand and communications strategy that positions Rossum as a category-defining leader in intelligent document processing and enterprise automation.
- Shape and evolve product messaging that resonates with enterprise CFOs and finance teams, in close partnership with Product Marketing.
- Lead and grow a small but mighty team including a content writer, designer, and product marketers—serving as a strategic lead and player-coach.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with business objectives, major announcements, and events.
- Drive thought leadership and develop compelling narratives that position Rossum at the forefront of enterprise finance innovation.
- Manage PR strategy and agency relationships, boosting awareness and credibility among prospects, analysts, partners, and press.
- Work with the Director of Analyst & Partner Marketing to build strategic relationships with industry analysts and influencers to support category creation and market education.
- Measure and report on brand visibility, sentiment, and content performance to continuously refine our approach.

We'd Love to Hear from You if You Have
- 5 years + proven experience building and scaling B2B brand and communications strategies, ideally in high-growth SaaS or AI-driven technology companies.
- A deep understanding of product marketing and storytelling that connects with enterprise buyers, especially CFOs and finance stakeholders.
- A track record of creating impactful thought leadership and go-to-market messaging in new or emerging categories.
- Excellent team leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in digital and social media content distribution, as well as PR engagement.
- Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- An analytical mindset and a focus on measuring brand performance and communication impact.
