What will you do at our company:

  • Assist our customers via phone, chat, and email – always with a smile. We're here to help them choose the perfect product, set it up, or resolve any issues, including local network difficulties when using our products.

  • Help prepare our products for exhibitions.
  • Work closely with our Technical Support, Customer Care, and Marketing teams.
  • Solve problems, share ideas, and contribute to improving our services.

What do you need to have to work at this position:

  • Strong written and spoken English, plus proficiency in French.
  • A technical background (ideally knoledge of TCP/IP, SIP protocol)
  • A customer-first mindset and a helpful attitude.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
