We don’t sit in a call center, and we don’t do endless phone calls – instead, we work smart with our eDesk ticketing system. Your role is to be a connector: between clients and our internal team of Amazon specialists. You’ll help translate customer requests into internal action, always with the goal of making things smoother, smarter, and more scalable.

You will be one of the most important parts of EXPANDO, because you will be the key to our success!

Your mission:

  • Support customers primarily through ticketing (we use eDesk – experience with any ticketing system is a plus)

  • Be a connector between our team and the customer – no silos, full transparency
  • Help our clients succeed on Amazon and other international marketplaces
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements
  • Work closely with our CS Team Leader – take initiative and grow with us

Your story:

  • English at a solid communicative level (B2+) – other languages are a bonus

  • Ability to prioritise and handle many small tasks at once
  • Curiosity and proactivity – you're not afraid to ask questions and propose changes
  • A team mindset – you care about making your team and your customers succeed
