  • a native Czech or Slovak speaker; there will be space for you to succeed on an international level, but this job is primarily about connecting personally with the local customers
  • exceptional communication skills
  • basic understanding of various IT tools and the ability to orient yourself in the new ones
  • sense of ownership to deliver on assigned tasks
  • open mind for feedback and its evaluation
  • excitement for fast-paced growth but also the ability to withstand the uncertainty that comes with it
