At GLAMI we are changing the online shopping experience across Europe and beyond. We are a fashion discovery search engine and a performance marketing platform connecting millions of users with more than 20,000 brands and thousands of e-retailers. We are currently active in 17 markets and generate traffic of over 40 million sessions every month.

We are looking for a self-starting and entrepreneurial colleague that will take ownership of our markets in the Hungarian and Romanian regions and drive the growth and development towards the ultimate goal of making GLAMI the number one destination for finding fashion online.
The Challenge:
- Take ownership of GLAMI in Hungary and Romania, be responsible for their growth, development, and P&L
- Build, lead and develop your country's teams
- Identify priorities and sync the country teams around them
- Own and develop key relationships in the targeted markets (media, platforms, advertisers)
- Represent GLAMI as a leader in the fashion e-commerce vertical in the region by joining e-commerce seminars, platforms, or meet-ups as a speaker
- Work closely with Business Development Managers on setting up the acquisition and retention strategy for advertisers
- Foster communication in your team, be the internal ambassador of your markets in GLAMI
- Identify new opportunities for growth and product improvements relevant for your markets, but also for GLAMI in general. Build business cases to get resources necessary for their execution and oversee their delivery

Skills & experience:
Previous experience in decision-making level role(s) in a high-growth company. Background in tech or e-commerce is a plus.
Self-starting attitude and eagerness to execute quickly if you see an opportunity
- Growth mindset and the ability to think in terms of opportunities instead of problems
- Previous experience with leading small teams in a fast-changing environment
- Analytical mindset. We are a data-driven company.
- Ability to wear multiple hats - you might be developing a business acquisition strategy on Monday, hiring new talent on Tuesday, and deep-diving into performance marketing figures on Wednesday. Actually, you might be doing all of the above on the same day.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across different parts of the company
- Keen interest in digital trends and e-commerce
- Fluency and knowledge of local e-commerce ecosystems in one or more of the markets is a plus.
