Silvia (Country Manager for CZ&SK) is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to help us find new business partners in 🇨🇿 and 🇸🇰 market and grow even further.
🏋️♀️THE MAIN CHALLENGE…
Acquire new strategic B2B partnerships and develop relationships with our existing partners to enable them to reach the best possible results.
📈AND SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES…
Ownership of sales processes and pipelines for GLAMI CZ and SK
- Being the first point of contact for potential and existing key partners looking for solutions on how to improve their results on the GLAMI platform
- Developing an active presence in CZ/SK B2B e-commerce market, participating in
- e-commerce market events, representing GLAMI as a B2B brand
- Participation in projects improving processes, features, and partner experience, impacting all GLAMI markets
- Reporting and collaboration with the rest of the Market Development team to ensure a constant evolution of global best practices
✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
- Interest in the e-commerce market
- Experience in sales/business development roles is a plus (ideally from e-commerce/market place companies)
- Fluency in English and native Slovak or Czech
- Positive go-getter attitude, independent and data-driven, willing to learn and build amazing things
- A vibrant personality who is proactively looking for improvements
