We are a financial services company active in 11 countries. We provide retirement services, pensions, insurance, banking and investments to approximately 18 million customers. We need someone to contribute to our IT infrastructure, making all this happen. Are you a customer and solution-oriented administrator who gets excited about the responsibility for an enterprise (identity) environment based on cloud (Microsoft/AWS) technology? Do you keep things safe by design? Can you handle people and machines?
We have:
- An enterprise environment with Active Directory (AD), Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), Azure MFA and many more Microsoft identity products like NPS, AD/Entra Connect
- No interest in the content of Active Directory, only in the infrastructure that runs it
- A lot of integration with cloud (Azure/AWS)
- A cool team of engineers and administrators
- An open mind for new ideas and initiatives
- Responsibility for the complete infrastructure stack of systems to deliver our services
- Next to technical responsibilities also focus on the compliancy side of things
- A hybrid team located in Prague and the Netherlands
You have:
- Several years of experience with AD infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD), Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), Azure MFA and many more Microsoft identity products like NPS, AD/Entra Connect
- The knowledge and experience to manage, maintain and improve a modern hybrid Identity infrastructure (on-premise, Azure, AWS)
- The ability to see relationships between components, have patience and being able to explain technical details
- A healthy amount of interest in automation
- An organized and structured way-of-working incl. documenting skills
- Experience and understanding of processes in an enterprise sized business
- Skills required to deal with internal customers, developers, engineers, product owners and managers
- A good sense of humor and the motivation to constantly improve
Awesome if you also have:
- A bunch of Azure or AWS knowledge and experience
- Coding and Dev Ops skills
- Experience with Service Now or other ITSM tools
- Other cool and interesting things you can teach us
