GLAMI is a leading fashion discovery search engine connecting millions of users with brands and e-retailers across 13 European markets. Our goal is to drive growth and maximize revenue in the region, and we’re looking for a talented Account Manager to manage and develop our partner portfolio in Czechia and Slovakia.

🏋️‍♀️THE CHALLENGE…

You will be responsible for managing and growing our key partner relationships, focusing on retention, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your aim is to optimize partner performance and support GLAMI’s growth in the local markets.

This is a client-facing role that requires a native speaker.

📈AND THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Partner Retention & Growth - manage a selected portfolio of partners, providing strategic consultations to achieve their business goals, utilizing automation tools within HubSpot CRM.

  • Upselling & Revenue Optimization - negotiate budget increases and cost of sale (COS) adjustments with existing partners, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Improvement - analyze partner data to improve results and system efficiency, support optimal feed and tracking setups, and collaborate with specialists as needed.
  • Market Insights & Feedback - gather partner insights and feedback, identify market trends, and suggest internal improvements to enhance our service.
  • Reporting & Communication - maintain daily communication with partners, prepare regular activity and performance reports, and act as the local ambassador of GLAMI in the market.
  • Provide occasional support in Partner Re-engagement & Acquisition - contribute to selected initiatives aimed at re-engaging inactive partners and expanding the network.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

  • Experience in account management, business development, e-commerce, or online marketing is plus.

  • Fluency in slovak or czech ; proficiency in english.
  • Proactive attitude, analytical mindset, and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently, manage data, and use CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
