At Carboneg, we’re building an international movement of regenerative farmers and nature-based climate solutions – across 13 countries on 4 continents. To keep our global operations running smoothly, we’re expanding our international team. We are now looking for a Specialist of Foreign Operations to support the successful rollout and ongoing operations of our carbon farming projects across Latin America, Africa, India, and other regions.

🧭 About the Role
In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our international implementation efforts. You’ll act as the operational link between our Prague headquarters and our local partners around the world – helping ensure timely data entry, accurate documentation, smooth communication, and aligned project execution.
You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues across teams – including science, certification, marketing, and domestic operations – to make sure every aspect of the project is on track and up to Carboneg’s standards.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Communicate with Carboneg partners across multiple countries (currently 11+ active partners)
- Check maps, calculate results, and process monitoring and reporting data
- Coordinate and follow up on partners’ educational and field activities
- Collect, verify, and archive project-related documentation and evidence
- Support the preparation of certification-related materials and reports
- Help identify operational challenges and areas for improvement
- Ensure overall operational consistency across partner regions
✅Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and Spanish (B1–B2)
- Background in project coordination or operational support, ideally in an international context
- Experience and/or education in agriculture, rural development, or sustainability is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities reliably
- Strong attention to detail in data management, reporting, and documentation
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (online databases, cloud systems)
- A proactive team player with cultural awareness and practical problem-solving skills
