🖊️SEO & GEO Growth Specialist
- Work schedule
- Full-time
- Address
- Masarykova 410/28, 602 00 Brno-střed, Česko
We are looking for a forward-thinking SEO & GEO Growth Specialist to redefine how our brand appears across the digital landscape. This isn't a traditional "keyword stuffing" role. You will be the architect of our organic visibility, ensuring we are not only #1 on SERPs but also the primary recommended solution across LLMs and AI-driven answer engines (GEO). You will ensure our technical foundation, authority signals, and content strategy align to capture the future of search - where being "searchable" is no longer enough; you must be "cited."
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- GEO Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for Generative Engine Optimization. Ensure our brand is consistently cited and "recommended" by LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
- Strategic Content Direction: Audit our content ecosystem and provide data-driven briefs. You define what needs to be written and how it should be structured for maximum impact on both humans and AI agents.
- Authority & Entity Building: Own the off-page strategy. Oversee the acquisition of high-authority mentions, including Wikipedia management, Reddit community presence, and digital PR to ensure we are recognized as a trusted entity.
- Technical SEO: Maintain a flawless technical foundation (advanced schema markup, site speed, crawlability) to ensure search engines and AI crawlers can easily parse and credit our data.
- Conversion-Centric Optimization: Move beyond "traffic for the sake of traffic." Optimize the user journey from the first impression to the final on-site action.
- Holistic Search Approach: Stay ahead of the curve on search engine algorithm updates and the evolving landscape of AI-integrated search.
- Advanced Analytics: Use our current stack (such as Semrush, Ranketta) to track performance, but proactively identify and implement new frameworks for tracking AI-driven "share of voice" and LLM citations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in SEO with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
- AI-Forward: You aren't just a user of AI, you understand how LLMs retrieve information. You stay updated on how search engines are evolving into "Answer Engines.”
- Strategic Architect: You can look at a website and see the "big picture" of how it should compete in 2026 and beyond. You prioritize long-term authority over short-term hacks.
- Analytical Prowess: Expert-level knowledge of Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and analytics platforms. You don't guess, you test. You can prove the ROI of organic efforts through clear, high-level reporting to the Head of Marketing.
What We Offer:
- Strategic Autonomy: You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and serve as the strategic bridge between data and content. You own the organic strategy. If you see a need for a new tool or a pivot in direction, you have the floor.
- Creative & Experimental Freedom: You have the liberty to experiment with new formats, AI-optimization strategies, and PR-driven SEO.
Benefits:
- 25 days of vacation and 5 sick days for rest and recovery
- Gym and sauna right in the office
- A steady supply of coffee and fruit
- Cafeteria budget to spend on various benefits – Pluxee card, Multisport card, DIP, coaching, etc.
- A great team of colleagues from all over the world
- An annual remote office week, when we all work together from a nice place outside the office and enjoy sports activities, trips, and more
- All the equipment you need to do your job
