As Senior PeopleSoft developer, you will contribute and lead the development activities for the PeopleSoft platform. You are to ensure that LCM, Change and operations of PeopleSoft is under control. You are to translate business requirements to technical changes. This role is opened to both freelancers or internal employees.
What would be your main responsibilities?
Analyze requirements and based on functional design create or change code or configuration of Peoplesoft application via Application Designer and other Peoplesoft related tools
- Provide incidents analysis and resolution on day to day basis. Make sure the incidents are resolved within agreed SLA. Provide incident reporting and co-ordinate incident prioritites
- Execute complex incident post analyses and identify problem management candidates. Lead problem root cause analysis and resolution
- Lead the development of new Peoplesoft functionality
- Effectivelly use ServiceNow or other ticketing tool and lead the maintenance and support process improvement
- Continuously increase technical knowledge of PeopleSoft
- Supervise junior and medior developers , maintain and develop their skills
- Lead the SW and configuration documents maintenance and update.
You should have:
5+ years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft or relevant ERP system
- Profficiency in Peoplesoft Application Designer and ORACLE BI Publisher is a must
- Knowledge of SQL is a must, Oracle SQL is an advantage
- Technical knowledge of PeopleSoft SW architecture is required
- Ability to translate accounting and financial processes to technical implementation is big advantage
- Knowledge of CAPI or other LCM tooling for PeopleSoft is an advantage
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows OS is an advantage
