The PSFT team is responsible for development, customization and support of PeopleSoft application where is serviced main general ledger for almost all entities in NN Group. It is used by NN internal customers in 11 countries, power users are mainly from Finance departments. We are the team of developers, administrators and functional engineers with base in NN IT HUB Prague. We are in close cooperation with Business Support Team consisting of functional business analysts located in Bucharest. As a Junior IT Administrator, you will provide maintenance, technical and architectural support of our accounting and expenses application. Other tasks might include, analysis of change request, security or operational incidents, to provide solutions, coordinate with other Group IT departments and teams. Responsible for technical architecture, security, availability and application performance.
What would be your main responsibilities?
- Monitor and maintain the Poplesoft application on day by day-basis within agreed SLA. Provide incident reporting and co-ordinate incident resolution with other departments.
- Execute technical incident post analyses and identify problem management candidates. Assist with analysis problem root cause and provide solution.
- Monitor and enhance application performance.
- Assist with technical configuration updates and upgrades.
- Update all technical and security documentation according to company standards and requirements. Ensure that technical status is in accordance with most recent documentation.
- Cooperate on technical audits and deliver discovered issues resolution.
About you and your previous experience
ORACLE DB and SQL analysis skills and experience are required.
- Linux, Windows Server operations skills are required.
- Networking basics.
- Technical knowledge and architecture of ERP system is advantage.
- Experience with application server (Weblogic, Websphere or similar) is advantage.
- Experience with service delivery systems (e.g. ServiceNow) is advantage.
- Experience in IT delivery preferably on application support and maintenance is advantage.
