Footshop is the e-commerce CEE region sneakers and lifestyle apparel leader. We are selling limited and rare collections, which are hard to find in the other stores in the Czech Republic and rarely even in other countries of central and eastern Europe. Within the last few years, Footshop celebrated its 12th anniversary, successfully integrated Queens, launched its Private Label and achieved revenue of over 1 billion Czech crowns. Our brand and its development always remain the number one priority. Paid advertisement is more and more expensive and global competition is becoming stronger every year. Therefore, the only way to keep its stable and dominant position on the market is to keep developing Footshop and Queens as strong and healthy brands. And now we are looking for someone, who will take over the responsibility for building the Footshop and Queens brands and develop it from the Central Europe Leader to the global one.

👟 We have exclusive partnerships with key suppliers- Nike, adidas, New Balance, Converse, and others. That means the opportunity for cooperation on the global level.

👟Footshop is a growing company, which established its position in the market. Together with our subsidiary company Queens, we achieved revenue of over 1 billion Czech crowns and we are planning to grow in 2024 as well.

👟 With more than 600K followers on Instagram and twice more on Facebook, we are the most followed company on social media in the Czech Republic. Besides that, we are active on Youtube and TikTok as well. Our website is having more than 5 million visitors monthly.

👟 We are e-commerce, but we didn't grow up on Google Ads. We have been growing thanks to our strong brand, exceptional shops, and connections with the community and influencers by organizing events in 4 countries. We are aware of the importance of investing in a brand.

👟 Our professional in-house Brand team consists of 10 people, who are having years of experience and therefore they will be valid players to help you to reach your goals.

👟 Besides the team itself, we are keeping a lot of connections and active cooperations with the well-known artist, photographers, art directors, and agencies like studio Najbrt, Kubo Krížo, Martin Lukáč. Along with these partnerships we are having regular syncs with brands like Nike, adidas, and New Balance as their key partner in the region.

Who we are looking for

👟 Leader for the team of 8 talented specialists. From the first hand, we are looking for the person who will be developing the team members, keeping them motivated, encouraging them, and showing them the way.

👟 Brand Marketer on a body and soul. We are aware the marketing area is evolving quickly and it requires honest interest and self-education in the sphere of the news and trends in order to adapt to the fast-changing market and come up with innovations as the pioneers.

👟 Courageous individual. ''Think Big''is one of our most important values. We always think outside the box and challenge the status quo by having global ambitions. We are looking for someone who can do bold moves and through our campaigns reach a global audience.

👟 Responsible team player. If you can't measure, you can't improve. That is why we are looking for someone who will be constantly measuring the impact of our campaigns and can take the right action steps accordingly which requires constantly adjusting the communication regarding the results, prioritizing, making the filter, and maximizing the reach. We are operating in a beautiful segment full of opportunities and are able to affect and influence a massive audience.

👟 Experienced professional. The main prerequisites for the position are previous experience with leading a team, fluent English, and proven results from a similar position. You should be familiar with the concepts like distinctive brand assets and category entry points. On the other hand, we do not insist on previous experience with the fashion segment. 

Key projects ahead of us:

👟 Visible Campaigns - we have done a lot of the activities we are truly proud of, however only a few of the had a global reach. Therefore, if we want to keep developing a strong brand we have to change this. We have built the affinity of our core customers, and right now we have to find a way how to reach a wider target audience and make Footshop distinctive from the others.

👟 Opening new Stores - our stores are very important for keeping the connection with our community. They are a very important channel for brand communication and by organizing the events, cooperating with the local artists, and building the art spaces and other activities we are keeping a much closer connection with our community. Currently, we are planning to open the store in Warsaw and Queen's store in Prague.

👟 Own Production - its importance is growing every year. We introduced our sneakers collaborations with KangaROOS and adidas, collections with Life is Porno, Rap, Laformela, and others. Step by step we are planning to grow our own production revenue. Our inspirations are KITH, Patta, or SNS. This is also a tremendous tool for marketing communication and expression of the brand values.

These are making sure they are choosing a top-tier partner only for the top-tier product's communication and positioning. Thanks to that we are having the opportunity to work with interesting marketing budgets and here comes the responsibility into the game. No one accepts the mediocre outcome and therefore the quality of the campaigns must be at a global level.   . 

👟 Brand building - this year we are planning an important brand communication campaign. Simultaneously, we still want to strengthen the Footshop brand through collaborations and campaigns based on the values and research.
