🎨 External Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced freelance graphic designer to join our Marketing team (5-10h per week). You will work on creating our visual style. Your job will not only be to take the Meiro brand to the next level, but also to ensure that our visual identity reflects the uniqueness and strengths we offer. We are looking for someone who is not only creative and innovative, but who also understands the importance of consistent visual communication in today's fast-paced world. A person fluent in English - we are an international team.
📍 What do we expect from you?
- Create graphic design for online campaigns, print, merchandise, and social networks, as well as internal needs of Meiro that align with our brand guidelines;
- Editing photos, preparing illustrations, and creating graphics according to text assignments;
- Preparation of web and print graphics, design of banners, flyers, merchandise, etc.;
- Creating posts and campaigns for Social Media (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn);
- Ensure that all designs are visually consistent, on-brand, and optimized for different platforms and devices;
- Designing templates and editing presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
📝 Requirements
- External cooperation for 5-10 hours per week;
- Experience in web design and graphics for at least 3 years;
- Knowledge of design principles, experience with creating visual brand identity;
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements, video editing skills are welcomed;
- Knowledge of print production and digital design, strong understanding of balanced digital designs;
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma graphics software;
- Creative thinking, aesthetic sense, and willingness to bring new ideas;
