During the 12 years of our existence, we grew and expanded to most European countries. We’re a member of adidas Consortium; we dispose of limited editions of sneakers, which you won’t find in any other sneaker store in the Czech Republic and some of them even in the whole of central Europe. We are still growing and expanding. At the same time, we are very proud of our flagship store where all of our events take place – parties, theatre, dance classes, or our private cinema nights. What will be your responsibilities:
👟 Right hand of store manager
👟 Take full ownership and responsibility for his shift
👟 Leadership (target set up, action plans, feedback) and development (KPI´s, customer service, product knowledge) of a team on one shift
👟 Observation of customer service and feedback to team members
👟 Lead service by example on the sales floor
👟 Flawless execution of internal processes
👟 Managing daily activities and shifts in store
👟 Maximization of our revenues by improving KPI´s (conversion rate, average transaction value, unit per transaction) and active sale support
👟 On-boarding of new team members
