Footshop is a global medium connecting cultures, subcultures, groups, and individuals into one big crowd sharing the love for streetwear. We play hard but we work even harder. You will love it if you can:
👟 use English, Czech & Slovak on a daily basis
👟 communicate with customers (emails, telephone, social networks) and provide them all the necessary information about their orders)
👟 solve problems that will, without a doubt, arise
You're the right one if:
👟 you are fluent in English, Czech, and Slovak, both spoken and written (other languages are an advantage)
👟 you have some sort of experience with customer care
👟 quick reactions and good arguments are not a problem for you
👟 you can solve any issue by phone, email, chat, and the other tools we use
👟 you enjoy contact with a diverse group of people, and you are a driven person
👟 responsibility and patience are your personality traits
👟 you’re tech-savvy and learn quickly
👟 you’re looking for a full-time job
👟 you have positive attitute toward AI
👟 you are based in Prague or you can spent at least 3 days in the Karlín office with us
