AI & Data Manager – GenAI Delivery & Client Growth - Tekies projects - Media & Energy, Financial Services

Looking for a role where you don't just build GenAI proofs-of-concept — you own their delivery, their architecture, and the client relationship that keeps them growing? We're staffing one of the largest AI & Data transformation programmes in the region, and we need an experienced AI Manager who's just as comfortable in an architecture review as in a room full of C-level stakeholders.

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end GenAI & classic ML delivery projects — from use case to architecture to production scaling
Actively grow the opportunity pipeline: shape new use cases, build proposals, effort estimates and value cases
Own solution architecture and governance — scalability, security, operations, cost, responsible AI guardrails
Design and run RAG / knowledge solutions (ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, vector databases) and agentic workflows (orchestration, MCP)
Define MLOps/LLMOps: deployment, monitoring, quality evaluation, versioning and cost management
Translate business needs into technical design, backlog and an integration roadmap
Lead and mentor delivery teams; own quality, risk and stakeholders on both sides
Build relationships with key client stakeholders, from business owners to C-level

Who we're looking for

Proven experience and strong domain expertise in [Communications & Media / Energy / Financial Services — pick per project]
Track record leading GenAI/ML delivery projects at manager level (delivery, team, budget, client)
Demonstrated business development — shaping opportunities, proposals, pipeline, client relationships
Architectural thinking (scalability, security, operations, cost) and strong GenAI fluency: prompting, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, agentic AI
Solid Python and API-integration skills — enough to lead technical teams and make sound architecture calls
Familiarity with at least one framework (LangChain / LlamaIndex / AutoGen / CrewAI) and an overview of models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, open-source)
Confident communicating with stakeholders at every level, able to explain technical topics simply
Fluent English; Czech/Slovak a strong plus, German a bonus

Nice to have

Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP), Databricks or similar platforms
Docker and deployment basics (CI/CD, Cloud Run/K8s)
SQL/NoSQL and data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
Hands-on GenAI evaluation/monitoring (test sets, metrics, observability)
Cloud certification (architect/ML/data)
Regulatory or industry context for your sector
Nice to have for financial sector:
Knowledge of core financial systems and data domains (core banking, cards & payments, policy & claims systems, risk and regulatory data)
Hands-on exposure to FS AI use cases: fraud detection & AML, credit risk and scoring, KYC onboarding, collections, underwriting, document processing, or conversational assistants
