Our identity is built on breaking down prejudice, embracing differences and living for what we do. Na Příkopě is our flagship store, located on Prague’s most prominent shopping street. Now we’re looking for a Store Manager who will take full ownership of it, run it like their own business and have a direct impact on Footshop’s results. Who we're looking for
A strong leader with 2+ years of experience in retail management.
Someone who leads by example and can inspire a team while challenging it and keeping the bar high.
Commercially driven – you read the numbers, know what to do with them and deliver results.
A strategic thinker who is also hands-on on the shop floor.
Excellent organiser and problem-solver.
Customer-focused, with the ability to represent the brand at the highest level.
Experienced with POS systems and reporting tools.
Fluent in Czech and English.
Genuinely passionate about fashion, sneakers and urban culture.
What you'll do:
Own the flagship's results – sales, KPIs and P&L – and build action plans to improve them.
Lead, coach and develop a team that sets the standard for customer service.
Set daily and weekly priorities and keep the store running smoothly.
Handle escalated customer situations.
Make sure visual merchandising and store layout reflect our brand standards.
Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, cash handling and loss prevention.
Manage scheduling, payroll and HR processes together with HQ.
Connect the store with the local community through events and brand activations.
Report to the retail team and work closely with HQ, different departments and other store managers across Europe.
