WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? 

Sliding, mobile, interactive partitions. Primarily for office buildings, but also for industries, hospitals, schools, and retail spaces... As you understand well – it involves selling partitions to international markets. Which ones? We have business branches in Hungary, Slovakia, and recently in Austria. A subsidiary company and manufacturing in Bangalore, India. An export team selling partitions through our partner networks from Switzerland to the USA. Have we exhausted the potential in all these markets? Certainly not. We see opportunities for growth and need someone to take responsibility and systematically lead teams towards greater profitability, increased sales, and expansion in international markets."

Your work could look like this:

  • This role plays crucial role in our company, because you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our international export strategy.
  • We're seeking a dynamic individual who is independent, results-driven and assertive, who has positive approach and willingness to learn and push boundaries.
  • You’ll be planning, implementing and setting the goals, identify and pursue new opportunities, working closely with investors, architects, and general contractors.
  • Direct responsibility for leading our branches and an export team. You’ll be working closely for instance with Orraine, who is in charge of development and innovation, or with our leaders Martina and Dinesh (Austria and India offices).
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the company's top management - be in touch with our CEO, Honza Musil.
  • Travelling 1-2 weeks per month to different parts of Europe.

YES, WE WANT YOU, BECAUSE:

  • You're a leader – capable of inspiring, developing, and motivating your team.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a similar sales position, ideally in the field of construction, manufacturing of construction products, or interior supply - technical background is crucial.
  • Proven experience in developing business in foreign markets (responsibility, negotiation and close contracts, evaluation of team performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs etc.).
  • Your communication skills are excellent, and you can comprehend business and foreign trade (because you have experienced numerous aspects of foreign trade).
  • Your English and German languages are at a communicative level, and Czech language would be as an advantage.
  • You have the ability to solve problems, make decisions, assess priorities, and manage changes.
  • Driving license – of course :)
  • Headquarters in Slavkov with the team, where can we meet for 1-3 days a week during (when you're not traveling).
