• Act as the primary technical expert. You will design high-level architecture for transformative AI projects, using LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents. We aren’t looking for someone to code everything, but someone to determine how the solutions are built.

• Lead and mentor our AI & Data team of 5 colleagues. Your role is to move them forward, guide the direction of projects, and guarantee the quality of delivery.
• Act as the face of Colours for our key partners. You will sit at the table with clients, listen to their business challenges, design solutions, and inspirie them. You act as a trusted advisor.

We are looking for a visionary professional with a constant learning mindset, plus: 

• Architectural background in Data Science / AI with the ability to assess the technological feasibility of complex solutions.
• Overview of the cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps principles that allow our team to scale effectively.
• Knowledge of platforms like Databricks or experience with Python/SQL is a significant advantage - it will  speak the same language as your team).
• You enjoy presenting ideas to client of all seniority levels.
