YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio Strategy
With the Head of Asset Management, define and execute the 5Y business plan strategy for each shopping centre
- Close cooperation with Leasing/Commercial department including assessment of leasing scenarios and preparation of recommendations in order to maximize asset value
- Source new opportunities to create value (rotation of the tenant mix, merger / split of units, specialty leasing, parkings, EV chargers…)
- Monitor and analyse the performance KPIs
- Monitor and analyse the evolution of the catchment area and the competition
Budget and Business Plan elaboration
- Verify and challenge the consistency of all budgeted leasing operations with the long term BP strategy
- Prepare and present the reports / dashboards to follow-up the approved operations under execution
Acquisition and Appraisal process
- Collect and communicate the relevant data to the appraisers
- Analyse the appraisal reports and challenge the assumptions taken in order to guarantee alignment between the appraisal and internally prepared valuations
- Participate in the identification process of potential future asset / portfolio acquisitions
- Participate in the due diligence process in the frame of asset disposal
Project management
- Coordinate cross-functions project teams and set the pace of execution (property management, finance, leasing/commercial)
- Facilitate the share of information and relevant data within the project teams

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES YOU WILL USE AND DEVELOP
- Financial modeling
- Project Management
- Understanding of real estate / retail
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role with an analytical focus
- Fluent English and German
- Czech is not required
- Willingness to travel to Germany around twice per month
