WHO ARE YOU ?
Development of autonomy and competences of the accounting team of five colleagues
Networking within the financial team with other leaders both locally and internationally
Control of monthly processing reports - profit and loss statement and balance sheet
Set up KPIs
Reporting of accounting results (KPI)
Identification and understanding of internal financial needs
Analysis, improvement and control of financial processes
Project leadership focused on efficiency creation and simplification of processes within the framework of responsibilities
Implementation of new tools
Active involvement in optimization and automation of existing processes
Stimulation in creating and updating process documentation
Real team player
Optimistic
Curious, proactive and logical thinking
Autonomous and able to take decisions
Creative and open minded
Focused on actions and challenges
Customer and business oriented
Keen eye for details
