As a Web Analyst you will be a pivotal part of our digital team, focusing on setting up events in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), reporting, in-depth analysis, implementing Google Tag Manager (GTM) tags, and orchestrating A/B tests. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our online presence is optimized based on data-backed insights.
Your main responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain tracking events within GA4, ensuring accurate data collection across all digital touchpoints
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards, translating complex web data into actionable insights for the wider business
- Implement and manage tags within GTM to track key user behaviors and conversions
- Plan and execute A/B tests, analyzing results to recommend website enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and design teams to drive conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Continuously stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and trends
You profile:
- 4+ years of experience in web analytics, preferably with proficiency in GA4 and GTM
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into strategic actions
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and methodologies
- Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
