Tasks and responsibilities

  • Leading and coaching of development teams to develop complex and innovative product solutions on Linux
  • Close cooperation with architect, technical leads, product management, and other stakeholders
  • Governance of meetings
  • Driving the continuous improvement of team performance within the development team
  • Participate in the hiring process
  • Creation and monitoring of an SW delivery plan for SW components in order to have a basis to measure the progress and performance of the development tasks

Must have

  • Written and spoken English
  • Experience with team management
  • Technical background
  • Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
