Role Overview

Working in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers, you will act as a trusted advisor, responsible for sourcing and assessing phenomenal talent for our organization. You will use sourcing methodologies, data and provide research and impactful insights.

To be successful, you would need to be tech-savvy, thrive in a multifaceted environment, ideally with previous sourcing experience.


  • Source, qualify and match talent to defined profiles for our Prague and EMEA markets for Wrike product
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers and doing a thorough research
  • Find and engage with international and local candidates through the use of LinkedIn, social networks, and alternative search techniques performing innovative recruiting strategies
  • Crafting engaging outreach messages and content to be used in direct messaging
  • Map out individual markets and capture intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talent and building talent pipelines
  • Make data-based sourcing decisions and understand how to identify data/profiles on the web finding patterns
  • Reporting and analysis of sourcing activities
  • Deliver outstanding candidate experience
  • Participate in a variety of TA projects

Basic Qualifications

  • Some talent sourcing / recruitment experience or experience related to research, Human Resources
  • Strong English written and verbal skills

  • Consistent track record in hiring a wide range of candidates from product/engineering area
  • A problem-solver who knows how to apply logic and work with abstract problems and provide solutions
  • An innovative and tech-savvy individual with a tool set not limited to LinkedIn only and desire to improve sourcing strategies
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management and interpersonal skills
  • An excellent manager of relationships and someone with the ability to influence without authority
  • Keen to learn with a growth mentality always eager to improve
