We're looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to drive the sales operating cadence through weekly and monthly business reviews. You are the one who want to play a large role in conducting sales analyses, business/investment planning and other strategic initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional organizations within to drive alignment and teamwork on the execution and achievement of key business goals on a regular basis
- Handle the annual and quarterly planning processes, including the development of business plans, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation and territory design.
- Lead goals setting, tracking and performance measurement of the business. Challenge the organization by working on plans to address weaknesses and help drive processes to exceed goals consistently.
- Structure and implement operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, capturing and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
- Relevant work experience
- Ability to explore data and discover insights
- Experience presenting to Executive stakeholders
- Good understanding of data processing and validation techniques
- Experience in SQL, BI Tools (Tableau or similar), Google Sheet or Excel
- Advanced experience with SQL and Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience with Salesforce
- Tendency to think about business value first
- Communicative and friendly; a strong team player ready to learn and deliver results
