On a typical day, you will …

  • Coach, onboard, launch, and manage customers and monitor their satisfaction
  • Implement programs to drive positive customer outcomes at scale
  • Test playbooks and program ideas and track results based on customer goals
  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of our product, services, and best practices
  • Be a trusted partner for customers on our product’s use-case and functionality
  • Identify opportunities to expand the footprint of our product and services
  • Collaborate with Sales to increase revenue within our customer base
  • Identify barriers to renewal and negotiate pricing details where necessary
  • Advocate for customers by communicating their perspectives, risks, strategic insights, requests, etc.
  • Identify key changes in our customers’ business that may impact the delivery of our products and services
  • Ensure customers are getting the most out of our product and services to maximize their own effectiveness and productivity
  • Help customers understand the benefit of fee-based resources to help further their businesses 


About you

  • In addition to 2+ years in a customer relationship role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
  • Experience managing a book of business made up of SMB and Midmarket customers
  • Experience working with SaaS / product management teams
  • Experience managing customer relationships for a managed services and/or SaaS organization
  • Strong communication skills – comfortable conducting presentations to large groups
  • Highly motivated and team-oriented
  • Organized, with exceptional follow-through
  • Experience with salesforce.com and/or customer management analytics software
