Our Brno campus is where all life is, it is not only our headquarter, but our R&D and delivery teams are also located here. We are looking for Sales Director, who will closely cooperate with these teams, drive sales activities and lead pre-sales consultants and sales teams in Brno and other remote locations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be the main person in the sales department, who will be in touch with our customers and partners. You will be “the face” of our company.

• You will build, manage and drive the performance of the sales teams through examples of your own skills and achievements.

• You will be a part of an acquisition’s activities and initiate meetings for networking with new clients and partners.

• You will prepare sales materials about our solutions and present it to our customers and partners. You will also speak at trade shows and conferences. Not only for making product presentations but also for bringing new ideas.

• You will lead pre-sales consultants, cooperate with Key Account and Business Development managers and make sales solutions, coach and mentor these team members and show them, how to succeed.

• You will work closely with the CEO and the whole management team. You should share the company vision and be aligned with the company’s targets and strategy. 

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• Experience with SW B2B Sales is a must. A big advantage is your experience in Security SW Sales.

• Experience with international and banking sales is a significant advantage as well.

• Proven leadership experience is a must.

• We expect an independent, self-motivated, open-minded, customer-oriented person with ambition to hit the targets.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• An ability to motivate your team members.

• We prefer someone who speaks fluent Czech and English, but Czech is not required.

• An ability to communicate in any other world language is an advantage.
