The Regional Sales Manager will implement Y Soft's strategic goals and objectives for the European market with a focus on CEE (the Adriatic region and Bulgaria). The main role is the central point of contact for CEE partners and customers and building strong relationships throughout the pre-sales, sales and post-sales support activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Introduces YSoft SafeQ products to partners and customers in the Adriatic region and Bulgaria
  • Manages partner accounts (existing channels such as Konica Minolta, Xerox, Ricoh)
  • Identifies and supports new sales channels and/or partners
  • Supports existing and new partners in pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities
  • Delivers agreed upon sales target within given region
  • Provides training for Partner salespersons on YSoft SafeQ software and hardwareand on the optimal sales approaches to the customers
  • Creates and adapts sales and marketing materials in collaboration with marketing department specialists, actively supports various marketing activities such as road-shows, customer events
  • Acts as a contact person for specific partner related technical questions as well as general reporting and communication

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Business and sales-oriented individual with an IT background
  • Excellent Englishlanguage skills is a must – both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of some local language(Croatian, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Serbian) is a big plus
  • 3 years minimum sales experience
  • Be ready for business abroad (up to 2 weeks/month average)
  • Be confident in presenting and communicating to customers
  • Constantly improve knowledge and skills
  • High level of analytical skills and self-control
  • Problem analysis and solving skills
  • University graduate preferred
  • Skills to build strong relationships and develop business with new and existing Partners
  • Holds current driving license
