WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO?

You will be in charge of a reception and all administrative tasks as well as ensuring state of art company meeting rooms and all premises

  • Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Ordering office supply
  • Arranging catering for the visits
  • Arranging office decoration
  • Evidence of employees’ lunches
  • Providing newcomer’s packages
  • Arranging transportation – taxi, couriers
  • Maintaining telecommunication system, data roaming, phone number transfers
  • Approving invoices
  • Incoming & outgoing e-mail coordination
  • Maintenance and use of office equipment
  • Managing office expenses
  • Coordinating cleaning service
  • Running small ad-hoc projects and much more☺

WHAT YOU SHOULD POSSESS

Software:

  • MS Office - basic level

Languages:

  • English and Czech – advanced level required for daily written and verbal communication
  • Other languages advantageous

Personality traits:

  • Open, Honest and Direct
  • Stress resistant and able to focus under time pressure
  • Empathetic and social person for daily interaction with many people
  • Ability to multi-task many things at once without loosing focus and control
  • Perfectionist with a high level of attention to detail
  • Natural drive for development and self-improvement

HOW TO REACH US

  • Work place: Logistic Terminal Nupaky, in November 2018 moving to Nadrazi Veleslavin (1 minute from metro station)
  • We have company bus that leaves metro Opatov on regular basis and take you directly in front of our company in 10minutes.
  • OR you can reach us via car and we contribute 4500CZK gross for commuting to EYELEVEL. We are 7 kilometers behind Chodov.
