This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join HH Global as we develop and grow with our exciting and very innovative client. Our client, a well-known, global brand which designs and manufactures household and personal care appliances, are growing in what is an ever changing retail environment and needs us to support and enhance their instore execution.

We expect our Project manager to overview all project team members in order to ensure that each project (complete store, shop-in-shop or range of displays) is planned properly (floor planning), fixtures assembled, picked & packed, delivered and installed in the required destination in the required quality and time frame.

We expect our Project Manager to be fluent in English language, highly systematic and organized, attentive to detail, excellent communicator, planner, and team player, coordinating with other internal teams – Production, Assembly, Warehouse, Logistics and Installation. Project manager is on-the-job people manager who understands that client is in the center of their work, always proactively finding ways to improve the service provided to client. Our project manager builds a strong relationship with their HH Global Account Manager, ensuring they are able to work effectively together to surpass our clients high expectations.

Our Project manager must have strong experience in client services, project management or business administration. Strong project management skills are what we are looking for: outstanding organizational and planning skills (ability to juggle multiple projects), coordination of team members, great attention to detail and follow-through, ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.


  • Build a strong and robust relationship with your client.
  • Own all aspects of the timing of the delivery and be the main point of client contact day to day.
  • Take detailed briefs from our client in conjunction with your Account Manager.
  • Project manage campaigns from briefing to delivery.
  • Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time.
  • Managing windows top store executions from Creative concept to installation.
  • Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH’s services and work closely with the internal departments to provide the client with digital services that complement their print.
  • Implement new methods and procedures as required.
  • Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting.
  • Attend meetings away from the client site as required, such as our offices in Wakefield or Leatherhead.
  • Work with Account Director and Account Manager(s) to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers.
  • Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies.
  • Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action to continually exceed expectations.
  • Budget responsibility for campaigns.


  • Fantastic skills at developing relationships in an organic fashion.
  • A great project/program manager, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Numerate with a strong commercial understanding.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Fluency in English language is a must for this position, as our Project managers are in daily contact with international stakeholders on client's side.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a good sense of humourV
  • Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure.
  • Approachable and confident to offer advice in meetings.
  • Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office is preferred but not essential.
  • Great Excel skills.
  • Experience in trouble shooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred.
  • Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/digital solutions is preferred.
  • Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators).
  • Experience in retail fixtures & fittings / construction / furniture development business is prefered, but not a deciding factor.
