Our activities in Hub Innovation are growing dynamically and this year will continue spreading across borders. January 2022 was marked with a kick-off of ClimAccelerator vol. 2 - 2nd year of our so far most ambitious acceleration program focused on the climate crisis solution. The 2021 pilot was a big challenge and we chaired the consortium of several Impact Hubs (the program took place in 5 countries at the same time). EIT Climate-KIC supported us throughout the process and we will continue our cooperation next year.

We are on the lookout for a new team member who will take over the local ClimAccelerator management from our colleague Lenka who steared the pilot year but will focus now on leading other acceleration programs next year. In addition to ClimAccelerator, the new team member will also lead a smaller scale project within RIS Hub (Regional Innovation Scheme that we are part of).
Although we have more experience with ClimAccelerator now, there are still some adventures ahead of the new program manager. Are you up for a new challenge?
What do we look for in a candidate?
- Previous experience in coordinating projects and project teams is a MUST. In other words - excellent communication and organizational skills - you will act as a link between the consortium and the rest of the local team, as well as participating project teams.
- Proficiency in the use of project management tools and Office suite or equivalent (incl. spreadsheets).
- English. Ideally C1 level. English is not our company language, however ClimAccelerator is an international program.
- At least a moderate knowledge of business administration.
- Minimum basic knowledge of climate impact assessment and a natural afinity to climate change related topics. If you are a climate crisis geek - even better!
- Excellent time and task management skills.
- A mature personality who can manage a fast-paced environment and a great deal of responsibility.
- Somebody who shares the same values and view of the world as we do. Somebody who will become passionate about the idea behind Impact Hub organization and will find a mission in what we do in the long run.
What will be your main responsibilities?
Local management of ClimAccelerator 2022 - project leadership within Czech Republic - overall responsibility in terms of communication, timeline, budget, administration, evaluation & reporting, projects/ mentors scouting. Management of one junior project assistant.
Account management of local ClimAccelerator partners. Ecosystem building, networking, program strategic development.
Reporting to EIT Climate-KIC, communication with implementing partners.
Support to proposal writing.
RIS Hub activities management.
