As an Office Assistant at Y Soft, you will be providing administrative support to specific work units within our company and become a valuable member of our highly trained group of professionals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining their workspace in an orderly manner, facilitating and maintaining a business relationship with Y Soft suppliers, booking travel itineraries for our colleagues and providing further logistical support where required.


  • Facilitate business related travel itineraries for company employees
  • Process incoming invoices (cooperating with the financial department)
  • Participate in variety of projects in other departments
  • Provide operational support for business meetings, trainings and events including support of Y Soft subsidiaries
  • Provide operational management for the office, ordering of office supplies
  • Manage the daily incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Provide overall reception service (phone, mail, welcome visitors, cash box management)
  • Maintain the reception area and lobby

  • High school degree required, suitable for graduates
  • Very good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good time management with a pinch of multitasking
  • A fluent level of Czech or Slovak language along with a good ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work with MS Office (advanced level required)
  • Team player with an ability to work independently
  • Enjoy meeting and collaborating with a variety of unique people
  • Working hours for this position: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and/or 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
