International Sales Manager

We deliver solutions and services to companies in more than 30 countries in the world and already have customers such as Scania, Kronospan, Volkswagen Group and more, who are working with us on different complex automation projects. Currently we are searching for a new sales manager, who will join our international sales team, to help us increase our competitiveness with local companies, grow our sales and deliver the greatest experience and quality to our customers. 

And who are we searching for? Someone who:

  • is active, initiative and is open for new ideas, keen to maintain proactive sales approach

  • is natural with seeking ways how to achieve goals and prepared to deliver results
  • has already some experience in sales and acquisition (industrial automation or related industries, including sales of industrial machinery or components) OR worked in positions such as project manager/coordinator
  • we will be happy for someone who is technically oriented and who will be an enthusiastic fan of industrial automation
  • is a friendly and fun-loving extrovert, who is not shy to pick-up the phone and invite himself for a meeting or take the customer for a lunch
  • is organized and able to self-manage his daily routines
  • will find joy in preparing for interesting meetings, investigating facts upfront and acting professionally
  • brings real results and has good negotiation skills - we need you to be tactful and diplomatic at the same time and able to win hearts, minds and trust of our potential clients
  • speaks intermediate English and is able to deliver interesting presentation
  • loves traveling, exploring new regions and meeting new people

  • discovering new business opportunities and contacting new potential clients

  • keeping in touch with current customers to grow and maintain existing relationships, looking for opportunities within their international branches
  • market research and keeping up-to-date with current trends and industrial innovation
  • participating in creating offers for new automation projects
  • doing sales for ICE is not a one man show - you will closely collaborate with our Head of global sales and multiple teams, build relationships, influence and support others while getting support from them in return
  • you will be part of a team working on high-tech projects which make sense and help our customers move forward through industrial revolution
