We are looking for a Financial Controller for Rockaway Blockchain Fund – Venture Capital firm focused on the blockchain industry and digital assets. The Financial Controller will be responsible for controlling, reporting, budgeting, and ensuring the best corporate governance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Controlling
- Conduct daily position reconciliations.
- Review monthly and quarterly IFRS NAV packages.
- Act as primary point of contact with funds administrators and auditors.
Reporting
- Develop together with CFO monthly reporting for an investment company.
- Support Head of investor relations in monthly investor reporting.
- Prepare weekly portfolio reporting.
Budgeting
- Develop together with CFO the budgeting process.
- Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Compliance and corporate governance.
- Coordination of the compliance and corporate governance of the funds.
- Running risk management reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Controlling
- 10 out of 10 drive and sense of ownership
- Experience and successful track record in an international auditing or financial consultancy firm on manager level or equivalent.
- Perfect English communication
- (Plus) ACCA qualification
