👟 Communication with Polish-speaking customers via social media, email and phone in a friendly way, and provide them with all the necessary information of their orders

👟 Cooperating with other FTSHP departments such as logistics, marketing, complaints..

👟 You speak (and write) Polish fluently and you understand spoken English (other languages are an advantage)

👟 Experience with customer care is an advantage

👟 Quick reactions and good arguments are not a problem for you

👟 You enjoy contact with the people, you want to help them and you have the drive
