Contract and IT/SD Supplier´s Transition & Success Manager

This is remote, 100% FTE position, freelancing mode of cooperation, contract with Devoteam, start ASAP, length: until the end of 2021 - but possibly much longer cooperation, Czech Republic/Prague location accessibility is very much your advantage

What can be here for you? 

You will be the key person in contractual support and guidance and support of the teams in respect to global IT/SD suppliers transition.

You will support and facilitate the accurate and effective execution of contractual agreements in respect to suppliers transition /first for several EU countries, later on you will manage the teams responsible for non-EU geographies as well.

You will partner with the company´s respective leadership and stakeholders to advise on smooth supplier transition and onboarding and performance of the new one.

You will help management to ensure correct fulfillment of the contractual agreement, prevent escalation and deviations from terms and conditions and enable win-win solution.

You will identify possible risks and take appropriate preventative measures. 

 Who are we looking for?  

  • We are looking for someone who will promote great working relationships based on trust and collaboration.
  • Someone, who will proactively engage suppliers and vendors for mutual benefits, to improve cooperation and prevent poor quality of performance
  • Someone with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the contract management, contract agreements, KPI, SLA, etc. and experience within 3rd parties transitions and onboarding success / e.g can be within procurement, supply chain and/or directly contract management position/
  • We would consider candidates with the senior-level experience at similar positions within the international team, preferably ICT industry
  • This role is suitable for a person, with a structured approach, excellent analytical and communication skills, negotiations and management abilities.
  • You definitely will need a sense of ownership in your performance and are willing to impact the company’s success.
