Founded in 2013 in the Czech Republic as an online retailer, a part of the Miton group (Rohlik.cz, Rossum, etc.). In your role, you will lead all our sales activities across all our markets and across all our sales channels (B2C, B2B, Retail). You will define sales strategy for each market, build the best assortment in the industry, and manage pricing, margin, and inventory levels. This role requires a strategic, innovative, and analytical mindset. We are looking for a person who loves to challenge & innovate and is excited about finding solutions. The right candidate is someone who is not afraid to try something new & fail occasionally. We are expecting strong ownership and fast thinking.  

What You'll Do:

🌟 Customer-Centric Approach across our sales channels: Champion a customer-oriented mindset across our sales channels - B2C, B2B, Retail. Ready to define and develop specific sales strategies per market/country when necessary.

👥 Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team, setting the standard for excellence. You would lead a team of 30 people.

🛋️ Assortment Management: Oversee the selection and management of our assortment, ensuring it aligns with market demand and trends.

📝 Pricing and Margin Management: Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while delivering value to our customers.

🤝 Supplier Negotiation: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.

📊 Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions, optimize product assortment, and enhance pricing and margin management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in commercial leadership roles.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry, retail, or field house furnishing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a deep understanding of assortment management.
  • Ability to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and delivering value.
