The Business Development Manager will implement the strategic goals and objectives of Y Soft, act as the main point of contact for assigned partners and customers for the given territories, and build a strong relationship with partners and customers with a heavy focus on pre-sales, sales and post-sales support.


  • Build a strong relationship with partners and customers in the Russia and CIS region with a strong focus on pre-sales, sales and post-sales support
  • Responsible for meeting sales targets in the given territory and creating business plans for given partners in the territory
  • Initiate and lead partner meetings
  • Understand customers’ needs and propose technical solutions providing the required functionality
  • Use your existing network of contacts and search for new contacts to strengthen the Y Soft position in the given territory
  • Have an awareness of the partners’ business targets primarily in MPS and print management solutions
  • Deliver and prepare persuasive general product presentations for end customers and new partners on using Y Soft products
  • Cooperate and participate in partners’ presentations, road shows, events
  • Lead Y Soft software and hardware product training for partners’ salespersons and optimize sales approaches to potential customers
  • Actively cooperate with the Y Soft marketing team

  • Business and sales oriented individual with an IT background
  • Eligible for employment in Czech Republic
  • Experience in the MFP, MPS or print management solution sector is an advantage
  • Fluency in Russian and advanced English language skills are a must
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in an IT field or software solution sales position
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Confidence in presenting and communicating with partners and customers
  • High level analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship building capabilities
