The Area Sales Manager will implement the strategic goals and objectives of Y Soft in the EMEA market with a focus on Western Europe (UK & Ireland, France, Italy, Iberia). He/she will act as a main point of contact for partners and customers in the given area of responsibility and build strong relationships through pre-sales, sales and post-sales support. The Area Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of 6 to 8 Regional and Business Development Sales Managers in alignment with business sales strategies and will provide effective team management according to Y Soft internal processes.

  • To create, develop and execute a sales strategy through the management of his / her assigned team in the given regional territory
  • To act as a high level contact for specific partners on sales strategy, technical questions as well as general reporting and communication
  • To introduce YSoft SafeQ and other YSoft product families to partners and customersin the given region
  • To identify and support new sales channels and new partners for the Y Soft product families
  • To support his / her own team in pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities
  • To ensure the delivery of the agreed team sales targets within the given region and to work with pipeline and forecasts
  • Toprovide training for Partner sales persons on YSoft SafeQ software and hardware and on the optimal sales approach to end customers
  • To create and adapt sales and marketing materials in collaboration with Y Soft marketing specialists, to actively support various marketing activities such as roadshows and customer events
  • Other tasks and activities related to team and sales management as required


  • Skills to build strong relationships and develop business with new and existing Partners
  • A seasoned business and sales oriented professional with an IT/High Tech industry background
  • Excellent English language skills, an additional language (e.g. French or other West European language)is an advantage– both written and spoken
  • At least 5 years of international sales experience(ideally with a focus on Western Europe)
  • 2 years of experience managing an international sales team is desired
  • Readiness to go on foreign business trips (approx. 2 weeks a month on average)
  • Be confident in communicating with and presenting to partners and customers
  • Be willing to refresh and improve knowledge and skills continuously
  • Possess a high level of analytical skills and self-discipline
  • Possess problem analysis and solving skills
  • A university graduate in the relevant field
  • Hold a valid driving license
